These links and devices are not sponsored or affiliated. L’Œufrier has not reviewed all sites hyperlinked to its websites or applications, nor all devices through which some of its applications are accessible. L’Œufrier is therefore not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other websites, applications, or devices. The user accesses and uses links and devices at their own risk. L’Œufrier gives no
warranty as to the content, completeness, or accuracy of these links or devices, sites hyperlinked to its websites or applications, or devices. Similarly, if you post information on a social network that refers to our websites or applications, your message may be used on or in connection with our website or applications. In addition, L’Œufrier and the social network in question may both have access to certain information about you and your use of our website and applications, as well as social media features. Social media features are operated by a social network and constitute a separate entity. It is also governed by the privacy policy of the network in question. Furthermore, L’Œufrier is not responsible for the policies or business practices of distinct entities and makes no representations in this regard, and we encourage you to consult their privacy policies and terms of use.
ANALYTICS, ADVERTISING AND RETARGETING
L’Œufrier uses other entities for analytics services. These entities may use cookies and other tracking technologies to analyze your use of our websites and applications, including data collected when you speak and use voice ordering services.
In addition, we use other entities to serve advertisements on our websites and applications or on other services. These entities may use cookies or other tracking technologies to collect and share with us information about your visits to this service and other services to display advertisements for goods and services that may be of more interest to you, to measure and research the effectiveness of our advertisements, to track page usage and paths followed during visits to our websites and applications, to help us deliver relevant ad banners on our websites and applications and on other services, and to track the use of our ad banners and other links from our business partners' services to our websites and applications. L’Œufrier may use the
information collected on its websites and applications for online behavioral advertising purposes, such as retargeting, and to personalize the ads shown to you when you visit other services.
L’Œufrier also uses service providers who use cookies to allow us and them to know what advertisements you see and click on when you visit our websites, applications or affiliated sites. These cookies enable attribution tracking, which estimates which advertisement or marketing source led someone to our websites or applications, or which determines which marketing source led to actions such as a visit or a purchase. These technologies allow our service providers to recognize your mobile device or network device each time you visit their websites or applications, or other websites and mobile applications, based on data such as a cookie, your IP address or device identifier, but do not allow access to other personal information from L’Œufrier. The information obtained by these service providers is pseudonymized and never re-personalized.
We also use audience matching services to reach individuals (or individuals similar to individuals) who have visited our websites or applications, or who are identified in one or more of our databases ("targeted advertising"). To do this, we upload a list of customers to a technology service or programmatically integrate technologies such as pixels, software development kits (SDKs), or application programming interfaces (APIs) from a technology service into our own websites or applications, with the technology service matching common factors between our data and theirs. For example, we embed the Facebook pixel on our websites and may share your email address with Facebook as part of our use of Facebook's Custom Audience feature. Some technology services, such as LiveRamp, may provide us with their own data, which is then uploaded to another technology service to match common factors between these data sets.
As previously mentioned, these services may act as our service providers or, in some contexts, independently decide how to process your information. The information collected by these services may be transmitted and stored on servers.
